Do I need to be a good writer?Not at all. This practice has nothing to do with grammar, spelling, or perfect sentences. If you can write an email or text a friend, you have all the skills you need.
Is it online or in person?Everything is designed for ultimate convenience. You can access the structured frameworks, digital workbooks, and resources online from anywhere, allowing you to use them entirely on your own schedule when you need them most.
Will anyone read what I write?Not unless you want me to. Otherwise, your writing is 100% private and stays in your own notebook. You never have to share a single word with me or anyone else. The focus is entirely on you processing your thoughts on the page.
What can it help me with?It is a functional, evidence-based tool designed to help you clear mental clutter and manage burnout. It is highly effective for navigating life transitions, career pressure, self-awareness, growth, chronic daily stress, and parental or advocate overwhelm.
How much time does it take?It is completely self-paced and designed to fit into a busy life. Most of the structured exercises and prompts are designed to give you genuine mental clarity in just 10 to 15 minutes a day.

Group Journaling Sessions
Single Session - 1:1 Online
A focused 60-minute session to untangle something specific. You complete a short questionnaire beforehand so the session is purposeful from the start. You leave with immediate perspective and a bespoke writing prompt to continue the work in your own time.
If you decide to move to a 6-session block within 14 days, the cost is deducted from the total.
6-Session Block — 1:1 Online
Six sessions over twelve weeks for those who want to go deeper. Fortnightly, structured, and built around what's actually going on for you. Writing prompts and techniques tailored as you go, with brief email support between sessions to keep the momentum.
By the end you will have a personal toolkit for self-regulation and a clearer sense of your own narrative.
