How it works:

  • Daily Prompts: Every morning for 5 days, a short, highly structured journal therapy framework arrives in your inbox. No experience is needed, and there are no right or wrong answers.

  • 1:1 Personal Support: At the end of the each day, you can check in with me by sending your reflection. I will provide real, supportive, and confidential feedback on how the process felt for you, never on the private writing itself, which is entirely yours to keep.

  • A Manageable Reset: This is the perfect, low-pressure entry point to help you clear the mental fog, process daily stress, and find a little breathing space.

To ensure I can provide deeply considered, personal 1:1 support to everyone who signs up, registration is strictly limited each week.
