A safe, structured space for your story

Using journal therapy, bibliotherapy, and mindfulness to find clarity and resilience through every stage of life.

Journal Therapy Services

Journal therapy is not about being a "writer"; it is about building the skill of clarity. I offer two distinct paths of support: one focused on personal transitions and professional growth, and another specifically tailored to the unique emotional landscape of SEND parents and carers. In each, we use the page to process the "unspoken" and find a renewed sense of agency through every stage of life.

If you have any questions, please get in touch. There is no such thing as a “silly” question.

Journal Therapy | Single Session
£85.00

Summary: A focused, 60-minute 1-to-1 session designed to untangle a specific challenge or provide an entry point into structured reflection.

The Structure:

  • Pre-session Focus: A brief questionnaire to help us identify the "thought-knot" we need to address.

  • Guided Session: 60 minutes of precision-led journal therapy to externalise your current narrative.

  • The Outcome: You will leave with an immediate sense of perspective and a bespoke writing prompt to continue the work in your own time.

Note: If you decide to move to a 6-session block within 14 days, the cost of this audit will be deducted from your total.
