Just five honest questions, five days, and a little space that's entirely yours.

Here's how it works.

Receive Your Prompt: Each morning at 5 am, a structured writing prompt arrives directly in your inbox.

Write Your Way: You write down your thoughts, putting down however much or little feels right to you.

Check In: At the end of the day, you send me a couple of lines about how the experience felt, not what you wrote. That is for you to keep and look back on.

Get a Real Reply: I write back to you personally. There are no automated responses and no chatbots here; it is just me.

See the Shift: By Friday, you will have spent five days looking at who you are right now, what is actually going on beneath the surface, and what you want more of.
